Need Help Determnining if '77 911S is CA car

All
I'd like opinions on whether my '77 is a CA car or other 49 states. I'd like to know because the factory timing at idle is different for CA and I heard the CA cars run hotter because of emission equipment.

First, I believe the car does not have thermoreactors (please see pic) ? It does have though an air pump with a single rubber hose going to the exhaust. The car runs at around 210 F consistently now- I did install an 11 blade fan, turbo valve covers and did a valve clearance which together brought down the temp from 225 !

Also, the door label says non-catalyst car. The car was originally purchased in CO, but dealers do swap cars.

The above mentioned leads me to believe its not a CA car, but the confusing part is that the label in the engine compartment says complies with EPA and CA emissions and only gives timing settings for CA.

Thanks
Tony

Look up the engine code. I did that recently to determine is my engine is original. It's on the right side at the bottom of the fan housing, IIRC mine said 06/930 which is a 79' California car. I'll see if I can find the engine codes.

The engine series and serial number is in red
The engine code is in green
The pressure warning light wire will be broken soon, in yellow

Lol! Yep, I answered too quickly, I knew the code and serial number were next to each other and yes, I need to fix that wire soon.
