Estimate the value of a 28K 1971 911T targa

I need the insight of the ones following the market for these cars.
My mechanic has a totaly mint 1971 911 T targa in white, with black interior. The car has 28K miles, and is all original down to the tires.
He would like to sell it, and we want to know a reasonable price for it. As it is his job, the car will get a full service, with all new seals everywhere, along with a brake overhaul.
I wish I had pics now, but just imagine a time warp car thet has never seen rain. The first and only owner of the car had only used it on high days, and only 2 people ever sat in the driver's seat.
Any opinion welcome.

I assume that is LHD? If so I would guess that in the UK it would be worth £11K - £16K. There is an apparently very nice RHD 911T Coupe prepped for historic racing (ie no interior) for sale here at around £20K
