85 oil cooler fit a 75?

hi

will an 85 911 sc oil cooler and lines be a direct connection to a 75? concerned about the mating of lines at the rear fender. i assume the lines running to the front should be ok, but concerned about the thermostat and lines to the engine and oil tank.

thanks all, hope you all have a thoughtful memorial day.

Gary,

An oil cooler from an '85 Carrera will fit. Do you have a trombone cooler or no external cooler at all?

If you do have the trombone, all that's needed are two short lines to connect to the new cooler once the trombone is removed.

If you don't have an external cooler, I believe there are kits available to adapt an external cooler to your car.

Beware that if you use a used cooler, it should be thoroughly cleaned to prevent bits of an old motor entering yours.

If you have the entire cooler, lines, thermostat it will be a direct bult-up.
