Loosen oil cooler?

I'm trying to loosen the oil cooler in preparation of installing the thermostat (things are cramped and lines are overlapping). Are there only three nuts to loosen--one above and two under?

Thanks.

Hi 911SCRVA!

We have an article in our DIY section that could be helpful to you:
Oil Cooler Replacement

Sections 8 and 9 go into detail on how to wrestle the unit out and mentions:
Quote:
Once the two top nuts are removed, remove the bottom nuts from the cooler. If all the sheet metal screws and shroud bolts are removed, at this point the cooler should essentially fall into your hands
