Heater Hose Part Number Needed

I need the part number and/or sizes for the heater hose that runs from the right heat exchanger hose under the AC compressor bracket up over the fan shroud to the blower in the upper left of the engine compartment. I think it should be 50mm x 1100mm but I'm not sure. See this photo from someone else's car.

Also, I've seen this done two ways: with one long (1100mm?) hose with a reducer at each end, and with two hoses, a smaller hose that connects to a larger diameter one on top of the fan shroud. The one piece version looks better to me, but is it the correct factory configuration?

I have 2 reducers.

Thanks.

Item 13 is used if no AC, and 19 & 20 with the reducer 18 are used if there is AC.

They started out with the big hose but switched to the small hose with reducers because of the routing of the hose under the AC compressor, the big hose just didn’t fit.

Thank you Mark. Looks like it's 2 hoses, then, with the reducer at the right end and in the middle between the 2 hoses.

I think I may go to a single 50mm hose with the reducers at each end, as long as the reducer fits at the blower,
