Red face Seat Rail Stuck

I have a dilema my driver side seat in my 1970 911T will not budge in any direction forward or backward I believe a screw has loosend and will not allow the rails to move in any directiion Any thoughts on a solution? Other than dismantling the seats and taking off the covers (which would destroy them) and finding a way to loosen the screws if possible has been one suggestion. I thought of undoing the plate holding the bottom rail down might be a solution UNLESS it's the other side stuck.
Thankfully it is stuck in a position that allows me to drive the car comfortably. Anyone have an idea for a fix?

Comfort seats? There is a safety pin in the seat rails which can fail over time. When it engages the seat will not move.

I had my seats out while getting my car repainted and now the seats won't move when I fully tighten the seat rails to the car. I must have bent something. Any tips on adjusting the rails?

Try loosening the bolts on the outer rail support.

No hope in finding a solution to my stuck seat I would think Porsche would have contemplated this problem I feel it will eventually end up being very costly.
BTW they are comfort seats.

Most likely a bolt has come loose that attaches the rail to the seat underside, it is now catching on the stop in the rail that is a safety item to prevent the seat sliding right off in the event of an accident. Hopefully the seat is in a position to allow you to get to all the rail attachment bolts so can get seat unbolted and out of car and turned upside down. If you can determine which rail it may involve brutal methods to get the stuck bolt out.
