A/C fixed, now it stalls!
I just had my A/C leaked test and recharged. Now when the A/C is on the car stalls when I let off the gas. Do these car have a fan clutch? I know when these go bad on a mustang this is what happens. Any suggestions?

when you recharged the compressor you increased the resistance required to turn the compressor. When the compressor engages you are putting enough of a load on the engine so that it stalls. You should be able to adjust the idle to compensate for the increased load when the compressor is energized at the throttle body. You are correct that the bearings sometimes sieze in the compressor, but it's probably not that if you just had it serviced.
