Replacement Windshield Options
Looking for a new windshield for our ‘88 Carrera, with built in antenna. Richard at Prosource used to be my ‘go to’ source. He’s no longer offering auto glass. So, who have you guys been using? Opinions on fitment and quality? TIA

My '87 has a Pilkington windshield with the built-in 'hidden' radio antenna. It's perfect.

I had mine replaced at the dealership with OEM. Dumb asses glued it in and it has gaps everywhere.

kool katz auto glass. The name is suspect and their website is prehistoric, but the selection, service and packaging is excellent. Highly recommend.

Word of caution - if going with Pilkington, look carefully for optical distortion, or in some cases, the distortion will be 'right in your face'. My PORSCHE dealer had to order three to get one free of issues for my 993.
