Compliments to PP
Recently ordered a Reinz crank seal and PP shipped me an Elring. I called & spoke with a PP agent. She checked my order and indeed I ordered correctly and PP shipped wrong. There was no argument from PP... no attempt to escape responsibility as is increasingly the case with companies. I only had to send a photo of the Elring box as proof of what I had received---makes sense. More, I wasn't asked to return the wrong part. Correct part is on the way to me. Bottom line, dealing with some online companies can be a genuine nuisance when things go wrong. To be treated to Pelican's no-argument, we'll-make-it-right process... there's impressive management behind that. I believe compliments are due.

Gotta say I ordered a gasket at 4pm yesterday and it arrived this morning at 11, even though it was estimated to be next Tuesday. I am in California but at least a 7 hour drive away from PP. Impressed.
