Power amp install
 

I’m installing new frunk carpet kit. My power amp that is wired to the frunk. I was thinking of instead of the amp sitting on top of the carpet with would require a small hole for a few wires or just covering the amp with the new carpet. It’s an old school amp called MOSFET PPI 2050 . Would amp get to hot? Thanks. Nick

Never mind, did more checking, heat fins must not be covered. Will go back on top near the firewall. How it was before.
