BIG BIG thanks to CCspeedline ... Incredible car

End of a chapter ...

BIG BIG thanks to Nathan @ CCspeedline, when I was expecting him to build me a 9 out of 10 car he went a head and built me a 12 out of 10 car !!! Just wanted to also mention that the journey with Nathan in designing and creating this incredible car was an absolute pleasure, and the result .... WOW

A special thank you also to;
William Knight for the engine design
Dan @ AWC for the INCREDIBLE wheels
Stefan over at GTS Seats ... just a super nice guy btw
The guys/Bryan at Achtung Craft

Also a big thanks to all of you for the love and appreciation for the 77' Porsche that we have been building over the past 2 years.

Build:
Carrera 3.0 Hotrod build takes a turn

Last night was the 1st time I got an opportunity to take it to a Air Cooled Porsche show with some of the BEST cars on the planet, including not one but two Singers, one of those being an DLS .... The response was completely overwhelming, everyone absolutely loved the complete execution of the build and more than a couple of people commented to me that they liked it better than the Singer's ... Though I am pretty sure that given the opportunity they would take the latter if they were free !! LOL

Anyway, could not be happier than to share some shots of the event with you guys and finally some good completed car photos

I couldn’t be happier with whom the car was built for. Steve you were an amazing and patient customer. I couldn’t ask for more from a client. Thank you. Car came out as good as expected and then some.

Congratulations! Just incredible. I wish I was closer to the GTA so I could attend some of these events!

Congrats and props to Nathan, too... 2 years is WARP SPEED to complete a build like this.

Not to diminish any of the other incredible details on this car - but I love the Biodes with the yellow low beam. Must check out the build thread again for details on those.

Enjoy the rest of the summer in that beauty!

Your car came out great! The only thing I would do different is to add rain hats over the intakes.

Great execution and the result was a really balanced look thruout. I appreciate that you did not feel the need to back date, make the 911 something it is not.... just right.

Thanks everyone !!

Reiver, that was exactly the plan all along ... and so many folks commented on Friday on just that, very happy we kept it 'as is'. There was a bit of 'hmmmm' along the way during the build but in the end it all came together better than expected

Cheers
Steve

Nice, I did most of the stuff myself except the paint and it is no where near your level of execution but still a great car and fun... 83 SC with an Euro 930-10 a bit tweaked.
