Pelican Sales Managers

a)Added 21 items to Cart.
b)Want to save cart for additional items the next day.
c)There is no way of saving the cart?
d)To put the items in the project category requires 3 operations per item.
e)That is 21x3 operations, I stopped after several items because I didn't want to waste all that time. I thought for sure the cart would save.
f)Lost all items in cart.

Please, Summary:
Either be able to save the cart once logged in.
Or, make it easy to select all the cart items wanted at once to place into project space.

Admin, please forward to the sales manager, or someone who can understand this and act.

I'm a little bit frustrated that I have to re-enter all this again.

Phil

Maybe a cookie thing? I add random things to my cart daily for a week or so, can close the browser, come back, and the cart is still there.

Maybe a setting on your browser?

There's a Save for Later option, or you can "Add to a Project List"

I agree with the first poster.. it is a clunky clunky system.
My cart items dont disappear, however when moving things from Project List to Cart, it takes forever...
Also, if I try to move several items at once, the page just crashes and says error...
It's rubbish.

If you were a shop, and needed to order multiple parts from this website, you just wouldn't.

Cart should be saveable so that you can access it from a different PC. It only saves on the one PC.

I've messaged Pelican before... it's not gonna change.

Sales directors should be concerned.

The cart vanishes when cookies are deleted, even when logged in. I was set to order the parts the next morning, still haven't, this could be lost revenue.

PELICAN Sales Team:
Make the CART SAVEABLE when Logged in, it's in your best interest too. It takes too long to move the items into the project bin.
