Here’s a video of the noise with engine fully warmed up. This was after 3 valve adjustments

That's pretty loud. Not a "tick," but a hammering. You have at least one valve way out of spec, or like Ivan suggested, possibly a broken spring. You will have to pull off all the rocker covers and inspect. It looks like you have at least one of the top valve covers off. What have you found out so far?

yup broken spring use a screwdriver to locate which valve is the culprit(use a screwdriver as a stethoscope.handle in your fist and the other end touch the top of the valve cover) and stop running the engine asap .Remove the cover upper and lower 123 side (you know that) drain the oil prior(save it)
I can actually do it with my hand to see which one it is, using my tool for adjusting the valves.You should not be able whatsoever to push on the valve .If yes that is the spring.
Once you locate the valve there is a tool which can be used to replace the spring locally without tearing the engine apart.
And of course if you have small tinny mirror -used if you can see?Most of the times the larger spring is broken.

tools you need to replace the springs,one for the intake and the other for exhaust side.Somebody could lend it to you..You also need a compressor to run air into the chamber with compression check tool hose.In order for the valve to stay in place.

Broken valve springs must be pretty common with these flat sixes. I had one I didn't even notice until rebuild time.
The air pressure tip Ivan suggested to keep the valve closed while you remove the retainer/springs/keepers does work. I've also seen people insert a rope into the sparkplug hole until it takes up all the space to prevent the valve from falling in.
