Minneapolis...PPI?

Seeking advice on a good PPI shop for 80-89 911's in the Twin Cities area.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

The first two names that come to mind are Johnson AutoSport in Shakopee (952-233-0275) or FlatSix (952-884-2060)in Bloomington.

I would second Johnson Autosport. Haven't used Flatsix. Auto Edge in Mahtomedi would be another good choice.

I second Auto Edge. Steer clear of German Auto Works, I'm not convinced that shop sees enough of these cars to give you a decent opinion.

I've used FlatSix and would recommend them.

Yes (with apologies to Mr. Viau), I had a mental blank on "Auto Edge" (BTW, probably the ONLY place to go with a 924, 944 or 928). So, depending on your location, you have three choices, Johnson's, Auto Edge or FlatSix (BTW, the guy who has FlatSix used to work for Bob Johnson, pretty good reference).

I've had these guys work on my car when I first got it. Bought it in Mpls and wanted it checked out before driving home with it. Might be a little pricey but I don't think I've ever seen guys so detailed. Which would be good for a PPI.

Nate, I'm looking for a G50 Carrera to tide me over until I find the
M491 coupe that I really want.
Must have a coupe. Preferably with lower miles, leather sport seats, f&r spoilers. LSD would be nice. Color is flexible, but red is lowest on the list.
If not a G50, 84-86 wouldn't be out of the question, either.
Mike
