Question Addin A/C to a '76 911 Carrera?!!?

I am going to use a 1976 911 Carrera for a 3.6 conversion. I would like to add A/C to this using the new C2 engine I am planning on putting in it. Is there a kit I can get for this? What kind of time and price am I looking at? Thanks again for everyones help

you should look for someone who is removing the factory a/c from their car. Make them an offer for everything. Get the lines, but have an a/c shop make new barrier hose lines.

Maybe your 76 had a/c and the PO removed it. You can use the existing wiring harness, otherwise you will have to run some wire to the front of the fuse block, back to the interior and back to the engine.

Jeff is selling his a/c out of a sc.

Here's the thread
