Jet Setting Sanity Check

I'm slowly learning about jets as I rebuild these Zenith 40 TIN carbs. Can I get a sanity check that I'm approaching this correct?

Main Jet: 115
My 120 gauge went into two of them with not much effort. I assume these are out of spec and need to be replace. Perhaps just as well. One doesn't even appear to have a hole, which I don't understand.

Air correction jet: 195
The carb pin gauges I bought only go to 1.5mm. I used the solid end of drill bit on the 195 and found 1/16th (1.6 mm) was a go and 5/64th (1.97mm) was a no go. Is this close enough to judge 195 jets are probably correct?

Idle fuel jet: 47.5
One of these seems so plugged or corroded I can't get a gauge in it. Can you replace a single jet, or are they meant to be done in sets?

Thanks for helping with my newbie carb questions.

one jet at a time is fine , just as long as all jets are the same measured size for both carbs
