pinion gear determination for a 300 kmh speedometer?
Hey guys.
I have a “Type. 4055 Tachometer" 300 kmh in my 78' SC, (so not original). And its piniongear fell out in pieces, when I opened it. My skills are obviously not good enough to find the right information on the "big net" myself... ![]() So now I can't determine for sure, what gear to buy to repair it.. ![]() Can somone in here help me in the right direction? ![]() Thanks in advance, Mads |

can you not put the pieces back together enough to count the number of teeth?

It has turned into wine gum... wine gum that crumbled when I touched the gear ... and I can't actually count the teeth.. sigh

I don't even have to contact them. They have already shown you how to calculate it from its opposite gear. This is a professional company!
Thanks again pete3799. ![]() |
