Any recomendations of which bolt on, rear roll cages for a 1973 RS tribute?

Assuming it’s only for show and your not tracking the car, any bar in this shape would be accurate.

How will the car be used?
Do you need a roll bar that meets some kind of safety specs? If not, any street roll bar is good. I would opt for one with a horizontal bar if you want to use harnesses, like this one:
