Oil leak Support Rod for Throttle Bellcrank
I have a 1987 911 Carrera with a 3.2 engine with a transmission oil leak. The gear fluid appears to be coming out of the hole where the Support Rod for Throttle Bellcrank (Part #: 914-301-307-01-OEM) is screwed into the driver’s side of the transmission. How should I repair this leak, Pelican Porsche rep told me there was no seal for this support rod, but it appears that there is a deteriorating seal around the support rod. (See Leak on Pic with red arrow)

Loctite 592 on the threads.
