1 can will do the job. The super blue is good stuff. While you're at it, buy the power bleeder and flush the whole system.

Use a syringe and extract the fluid out of the reservoir, refill it with your fresh can, put the rest of the can inside the power bleeder, connect the hose to the top of the reservoir, clamp the vent line, pump it up to 10-14psi and then open the bleed valves on the R/R, L/R, R/F, L/F in that order. Make sure the plastic tubing on the end of the bleeder screw is long enough to make it to your catch can or jar. You may have to buy a second can because you will be going thru a bunch of fluid to do this.

The "Best Kind to Get" is Castrol SRF at $70 per liter, with a wet boiling point of 518F. Wayne doesn't sell it, these guys do: http://www.racerpartswholesale.com/srf.htm

If you don't want to go crazy, the ATE Blue is fine stuff. There are tons of threads on the brake fluid debate archived here.

I did a flush using Castrol (best stuff Kragen had), then after the lines all drained clear, started in with the ATE superblue. This way I didn't waste the expensive stuff and the full flush definitely got gunk out of my lines/system.

I didn't bother with the empty the MC routine, just flushed it all out through the system. I hate brake fluid, the less I touch it the better.
