What is illuminated on the HVAC control panel?
 

I'm wondering where the two bulbs that are there get put into. On the left side it seems like the bulb only feels secure when inserted to the back of the downward pointing arrow, but it does not illuminate. The left side defrost does illuminate but doesnt securely hold the bulb. On the right side, I can get the lower smaller defrost symbol to illuminate.

Where are the correct places for the bulbs?

Hey Daniel,

Top left and bottom right when lights are on. The 3rd bulb goes in the fan picture. That one goes on only when the fan is activated. I think heat from the bulbs warp the holders. Mine loosely fit at best. Electrical tape can make it a little more snug.

I recommend you add an inline fuse to this circuit and the one to the ash tray light.
