twin plug ignition recommendations?

i'm curious what the current wisdom is for ignition choices. I have a 3.4l with 46 PMO's. thoughts?

i tried both MegaJolt+EDIS (very easy and affordable system) and dual CDIs and VR sensor&ECU + 12 point distributor (expensive and complex). Both seem to work as far as I can detect. I think I would go with dual CDIs and use distributor for advance timing (and not VR sensor)

Is your 3.4 current single plugged? If so does it have pistons that would benefit from twin plugging? My 3.4 has mahle motorsports wedge shaped pistons (which optimize combustion for my single plug setup) and would not benefit from twin plugging unless I replaced my pistons.
