Carrera: rear seat and speaker questions

My '86 coupe currently has a 964 rear seat delete installed. I want to revert back to stock however I have none of the rear seat parts. I also have no rear seatbelts. Besides the seat bottoms and backs, and the two halves of each rear seatbelt, are there any other parts I need? I have no idea what holds the seat bottoms in place or what keeps the seat backs from flipping down. Will post a WTB once I figure out exactly what I need.

I have also removed ugly 6x9 speakers from the rear shelf panel. As you can see in the photo, this left behind a mess that the original speaker grills won't cover. I don't have the original speaker grills but you can see the imprint they left behind. Is the original vinyl material available? Thoughts on how to fix this short of trying to acquire a good used rear shelf?

Thanks.

^^^ - I'd vote for leaving the rear speakers out altogether -- both a cleaner "look" and (imo), no real loss in sound, especially if you spend the money saved on rear speakers to buy an underseat subwoofer
