Any recommendations for lubricating my vintage Nadella half shafts?

Do they have to be disassembled?

If you mean totally disassembled, then no. You do have to get the grease into the boot and end of the joint. Why are you lubricating them? They should still have plenty of grease in them, unless you cleaned them for some other reason. .

Nadella half shafts do not have a boot, they are a u-joint similar too what is used on driveshafts of domestic cars

Interesting that the video suggests lubricating joints at every oil change. What a PITA! Granted these aren't the Nadella type I hope

The Moog/Spicer/other u-joints sometimes have a zerk fitting, or the provision to install a zerk.. I havent seen a Nadella joint for many years, and don't remember if a zerk can be added to them..
On the Moog joint all it takes is a squirt with a grease gun.. until some grease comes out of the joint.... easy to do while changing oil.. Its a bit of a chore to manual break down and grease the joints though
