I'm posting this in the 911 forum in the hopes that it gets more traffic here than in the regional area.

Some of us have been considering a Minnesota Pelican Gathering. It could just be a meet and greet somewhere local or a drive or a combination of the two.

Anyone interested in getting together one of the next few weekends? Locations?

I think a few waterpumpers wouldn't be out of line.

Sounds like things are tight the next few weekends for some folks. Let's see how the rest of the folks shape up. If nothing else the German Auto Fest in Hastings is scheduled for June 7th at Schaar's Bluff. Meeting somewhere and caravanning down from the cities (for those in the cities) might be fun for those interested in attending. I plan to go.

Let's see who else chimes in.

Count me in any weeekend but June 6-7th. I'm headed to the Funfest in Effingham. I'll post someting on www.911t.org when details are finalized.
The Amana colonies a German group of villages in Iowa might be a thought. Long drive though 4+ hours from twin cities but could take back roads for a little more fun.

Wow, lots of MN members, I had no idea. Looks like my new transmission is going in this saturday so at least my car will be on the road. I've got finals in a couple weeks so anything after that would be great. I can't make it to St. Cloud, but I'd like to.

Crude.....I knew the German car fest was in June but forgot the exact day. The 7th I have my nephews grad party and one of my sisters is moving so one of her friends is having a pool party.

What other days might people be thinking of for a get together?

May 31st (sat) does not look bad. My hubby might have a stag party later in the day....but i'd go.

I forget how fast the calendar fills up.

I'll keep watching for other dates you guys mention.
