3.6 exhaust - tips added

This week I added a couple of stainless tips to my 3.6 exhaust setup. The booming resonance is gone but Laguna Seca is still out of question at WOT It sounds like a nasty race car when I punch it while it'll look soo sleeper once the valance goes back on. Vetts won't know what hit them until I fly by.

Nice

Not Ricey at all.

Were they Porsche tips or aftermarket tips for a Porsche or just plain aftermarket tip?

Very clean Ingo. Sounds like there is a big difference when the exhaust tips are not pointed to the gound.

K9handler, it's time for plastic surgery again whenever I drive the car. It's unbelivably fast and fun to drive. It even shifts nicer now with the new clutch.
ruf-porsche I agree it does not look too ricy. I got the tips at the local muffler shop. Plain aftermarket for 45$ a pop. First, I was horrified when the guy showed them to me because I thought the little bent would point upwards . When we positioned them on the car they looked nice and we went for it.
MosesI still have to cut the valance and put it back on, get the heat hooked up and think about a paint job. But driving that baby is soooo much fun. Gosh I wish I wasn't stuck in sushi-land right now.
