Mystery Part Identification '87 3.2 motor

Can anyone identify what this part is for and what it is called (first picture)?

Also does anyone have one laying around and the two other parts too? (pictures 2 & 3)

I need all 3 of these. Thank you

Pic 1 is the tdc sensor mount, which connects to an obsolete diagnostic tool.

I deleted it when rebuilding my 3.2.

If you really want one, I'm sure I can dig it out of my spare parts box.
