what's the story on Pomona?
I'll be in Brea CA in July and I just checked for how far away Pomona is - it's just 15 miles!
Is it every Saturday? I know it starts early, but what time? |

Don;t expect to be dazzled. The meet is quite busy but mostly VW and Chevy hot rod stuff.
The VW and Porsche vendors are squished together, the GM stuff is seperate. Some deals to be had, but it is hit or miss. Best to get there at O'Dark 30......bring a flashlight. You see the best deals, beat the crowd.....most of the dealers will be cruisin' around looking for the parts they think they can sell for more later in the day. BTDT

I've been going to Pomona for years, the best part of going there is meeting up with Porsche buddies.
I've bought a few things there that I couldn't resist but the deals are getting more and more rare unless you are searching at 4 am. I sold my 914 V8 there in 3 hours so I guess it's still good for that. |
