Any info on these Fuchs center 3 piece wheels?

Any idea who might have done the modification on these wheels? It appears someone spent a fair amount of effort to modify these from 1 piece 16x6 Fuchs to 3 piece 16x8.5 ? wheels and they are incredibly light. The width looks to be 8.75'ish inches and a box that came with them had the new BBS seals and bolts came from Bob Woodward Tires in South Carolina.

The Fuchs centers were 911.362.113 part numbers

Cutting the centers out of 16x6 and using them for 3-piece or widened welded wheels was pretty common before we had the aftermarket options we have today. There were several suppliers but Lindsey racing probably did the most. The outer rims and the center seal are from BBS.
