Source for door pulls

Does anyone know where I can get the "RS" leather strap door pull and leather handle? I have new panels that I am recovering w/the original vinyl and only need the pulls.

The bottom of the first page has a source for the leather door pulls. Stoddard Porsche sells the door handles for $18/each.
