Have you tried a place like DC Automotive?

I will check everywhere and anyone the team offers to me.
Unfortunately, it appears that cabriolet is a world of it's own when it comes to interior rear parts.

Keep them coming guys! If anyone is looking to part a cabrio... please let me know asap!

Have you considered borrowing the part from someone with a cab and reproducing it? It doesn’t look complicated and there are a lot of helpful people on here.

Call World Upholstery. I don’t see the back piece listed on their site, but they don’t always have everything they offer listed.

So I just went to Google Images typed in rear parcel shelf and dozens came up for sale. Knowing the name of the piece helps a lot.

Guys,
I am still a newbie but.... I found parcel shelves for coupes and targas. I could not find anything specific to cabrio. I learned the hard way ( bought a used set of rear seats from a targa) that were not correct. I don't want to spend money on items that I can't confirm will fit anymore. Paid $650.00 for those wrong rear seats.

What you've got circled from the PET, is that some sort of underlayment for the carpet pieces that go on top?

On my '83 cabriolet, the rear deck/parcel shelf is carpeted.

Enjoy your ride!

PET says that's just black carpet. Do you want the carpet or the sound damping material that goes under it?

Photo might help.

I'd call the gentleman at appbiz.com, he's an old hand that seems to know eeeeeverything about the interior for these cars and helped me with a previous order. He may have exactly what you're looking for in stock or maybe point you in the right direction.

I think the seller still has the section You've indicated but not in black - could easily dye/retrim: https://seattle.craigslist.org/sno/pts/7548672630.html

Updating: I have purchased parts from Keith before. Good seller.

I don't have any affiliation or benefit from sales. Just sharing as I saw these parts yesterday.

I believe these are probably for a coupe, not a Cab.

My car was modified by PO. Rear seats were removed and has some crazy fiberglass seat bottoms. The rear parcel shelf was removed. A piece that looks like "roadster" style humps was added. The side panels were removed and there are some crazy fiberglass molded speaker enclosures. All JUNK that needs to go. I have no pictures as a reference. Really would love to find a cabriolet that is being parted out and just buy everything. Another problem is that it is a manual top. I believe 84 Carrera Cab is all that will fit.

I would bet that the 84 cab is pretty similar to the 83 SC Cab, not that those parts are any easier to find...

If you need any references my 83 cab is pretty original and my rear shelf above the seats is carpet fyi.

Was at DC Auto today for a 2+ hour stroll through the facility. I can assure you that if you call Randy there before Christmas shut down next week.., he’ll have what you need. Lots of cabriolets sitting in the building.
