Where to find plastic injection line clips for SC

I have a couple of broken clamps or you might call them line organizers for the fuel injection lines in the engine compartment. These are white plastic and they hold together 2 lines on the top side of the clip and 2 on the bottom. Does anyone know where I can purchase replacements?
Thanks
Scott

I modeled and printed dual, triple, and quad line retainers. The models need to be tightened up. Seems like a good time to Re-engage and tighten up. More to follow.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1672700955.jpg

So did you never get to print these in any quantity because they need some development? What would it take to get some made, Are you interested in making some to sell?
Scott

I’ll make some to sell, but the printing per piece is not cheap. I was looking into purchasing a 3D printer, but can’t rationalize the cost. I’ll go out on the limb get some pricing.

I 3d printed a few in black if you're interested

I am interested if they are in the original white color. Appreciate the offer for the black ones, but want the correct color.
Thanks

I’m going to fix my models “Reduce to inside radius” so they have a bit more snap when installed. I had shoulder surgery a week couple of weeks ago, so not comfortable at my work station. Give me a month or so to resolve the part issue. I too like having the proper colors under the hood. More than function, it’s the anal retentive aerospace engineering profession for 4 decades. I think the white ones are at least 10% stronger. ;)

Hey Joe, i’m interested in what printer you have. I may be interested in one in the future. Also materials were used? Thanks

:)

I am interested in buying a few. Color does not matter, though the original White is preferred.

If available, please email me. No pm's, box is full.

Thanks in advance.

Care to provide the model used? Not the STL, but the original model? What CAD tool do you use?

joe912/62 01-06-2023 09:07 AM

I have a Creality Ender 3 and used PETG plastic.
I would have to buy a roll of white and would depend on how many people would be interested.
It takes 30 min. to print a set of 4

Thank you.SmileWavy

There's a few different types, double, triple and blocks that have 4 and 6

porschedude996 01-06-2023 01:57 PM

Hello all, I tightened up my model and I'm going to order an evaluation set before I order any quantity. I will only sell sets. I'll call a set 2 ea. Quad Line, 1 ea. Triple Line, and 2 ea. Double Line, all in white nylon. I would need $50 a set which would include shipping CONUS. I know it sounds expensive, but low cost runs of quality parts isn't cheap.

Any takers please email me @ porschedude996tt at gmail dot com

joe912/62 01-06-2023 02:03 PM

Are these 3d printed?

porschedude996 01-06-2023 02:24 PM

These are Selective Laser Sintering, or (SLS). The texture is much finer than 3d printing like home printers.

joe912/62 01-06-2023 02:41 PM

If anyone is interested in a cheaper option using 3d printed one's I can print them for you.
I tried them on my fuel lines and they hold well. My lines aren't straight anymore but they work.
Depending on quantity I will buy some white filament.

porschedude996 01-07-2023 10:23 AM

Crickets, glad I didn’t order more than one set for myself. 😊
