Stone Guards over Torsion Bar covers?

My 75 has a widebody on it, and the rokcer panel rubber covers the bottom half of the torsion bar hole. I was thinking of putting stone guard decals back on, but did they put those on on top of the torsion bar hole covers or what?

Yes, if you have to take them off one day, use a razor blade to make a small cut line..

Next question: I have IROC bumpers front and rear. Would rocker panels, rubber strips down the side, and stone guard decals on the fender flares look weird with the IROC bumpers? I can't find a pic of a car with IROC bumpers and the full rocker/stone guard treatment, which ought to tell me something, I think...
