2012 991 Carrera S fault exhaust gas not plausible

I have a fault code that I can’t find a solution too.
The fault is exhaust gas not plausible.
Banks 1 and 2 have the same fault code.
The car does have header & sport cat and exhaust.
I have the rear cat exit spacers for the O2 Sensors
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Take off the 02 Spacers. You should not need them with sport cats and they can throw not plausible codes.
