Porsche 911G Bumper Brackets
If you want to mount a fibreglass bumper on an 911 G body they usually come without any mounting brackets. These brackets are made so you can use the original mounting points on the car. The front center brackets need a speed nut and a M4 riv nut. You can use the OEM (964) 96450502101 rail to clamp the bumper to the center mounts and hold the 964 smile. You can also use alle the original mounting screws from the 964.
The side mounts are used to support the load of the bumper. They are height adjustable so they should be good for pretty much any bumper. They are mounted to the original impact shock mounts. For additional support you can fibreglass them to the bumper. Use a material that can stand some heat and can handle outdoor influences. Personally I used PETG with carbon reenforcement or you can get them machined. This is my first CAD / 3D print project, so please be gentle ![]() Files available here: https://www.printables.com/model/396904-porsche-911g-bumper-brackets ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Very cool. I am running into fitment issues with my fiberglass front bumper on an 83. The brackets it came with are to short to get the job done. This could be an alternative to accomplishing the task.
