What color is this interior?
Can anyone tell me what Porsche calls this color interior? It is a 1989. The sticker is missing under the hood and I need to order some trim pieces.

If it's not cashmere, also check "champagne"

The Owner's manual should also have the interior color as well. Or, give your dealer your VIN and they should be able to tell you the information.

Champagne (1VD) wasn't offered in '89. It was replaced with cashmere beige (8UT)

Cork was never offered on the Carrera. It ended in '83 with the SC.

so that means that it would have been impossible to get cork in an 89?

if, by any chance you read the copy in the ad you referenced did you notice this bit of information?
......"Also, as much as I adore the look of this interior, it doesn’t look quite the same as most Cork interiors I’ve come across from this period. Again, if Cork was not original to the car, then ultimately it only matters if you like the current look. I happen to like it. A lot....."

Very nice interior but I think from that picture mine is a little bit lighter and from the PO who I was able to get in touch with he said he believes it is Cashmiere Beige

Ok
You’re starting to convince me. I voted cork because I had an 87 944 with champagne and it looked more ‘off white’ than the traditional leather color. |
