Any thoughts on the Cat Bypass from Racing Dynamics?
Looking for a cat bypass for my 87 Targa that is pretty much stock other than stock other than Steve Wong's chip, which by the way Really woke the car up! Also, I got the cat bypass chip so we're set there
The car probably won't see more than 1,500 miles/year and I'm in SOCAL so it won't see much weather or road salt, stuff like that. I know the FabSpeed is a pretty pipe but for less than half of that Racing Dynamics also has a polished stainless pipe. Fabspeed's is T304L stainless which has a higher carbon content than Racing Dynamic's T304. Basically the extra carbon helps with corrosion resistance and with my low miles and where it lives I'm not too sure that would be a concern. Anyway, would like to hear thoughts on the matter if you have any, our host has the pipe which I'll link along with the link to Racing Dynamic's page about the pipe and Fabspeed's as well. As always, always appreciate any and all feedback!
