Hot air duct holes
What is supposed to go into these holes? Do they make plugs to blank them off?

rubber plugs, part of the spark plug wires,to be attaches safely so they do not move around

My wires don't have that on them , but i was thinking maybe that was what they were for . Thanks Ivan !
