Porsche Crest Chicagoland mechanic recommendations

I am in the market for either an SC or 3.2 and want to make sure I've done my due diligence on where to service before making a purchase. Any recommendations for good mechanics in the Chicagoland area would be very helpful, thanks!

Drive or trailer it to someone in Wisconsin or Indiana and save a significant amount on labor.

All of the aforementioned shops are great, they are also impressively expensive. You’re going to pay a premium for work done in in Chicagoland.

They're modding and prepping my crankcase currently. I hope they're not that expensive.

I appreciate the input. I'll look into these shops. Does anyone have any experience with Fischer or Olsen Motorsport?

Yes, Fisher is a second generation shop, the father is old school German mechanic, factory trained. The son, Rick, is a good guy whom I’ve been dealing with for going on 20 years.

Tim Olsen started his shop 5 years back or so. He comes from the motorsports world, working on race cars at the pro level. He does high level work, and gets some special cars through there, but I know him as more of a water cooled guy.

Thanks Matt, that is helpful insight! Whatever I end up purchasing may need interior renovations and Olsen Motorsport seemed to do some great work on this front but I can only tell from reviews and photos.
