Wheel Chrome Shop Recommendations Please

Have some 15" X 5 1/2" steel wheels need re-chrome. Looking for shop recommendations that can cut the center out, and re-chrome, and re-weld like they were done back in the day. It is my understanding that the chrome will not go into the seams, or that proper finish can be achieved, hence the cut and re-weld. Looking for quality triple chrome shop. I don't know if shops like this even exist any more, or maybe it is a combination of shops? I sent chrome to Oregon back in the 90's. Not much local in CA anymore, sadly.

Anybody with any recent experience?

Thanks for looking.

i cannot advise you hard enough not to do any of this chrome stuff!!
back in the 1980`s there was a big accident in LA and 4 kids died in 911 due to the chroming the Fuchs rims.it was a long lawsuit and the parents lost it.I have seen the 911 which was stored in Saugus,CA area in container-not a good sight,i must say..
So polish the rims and forget the chrome would be my friendly advice

Start your search by talking to several local motorcycle shops to see who they recommend.
