In your air cooled motor, it's just water condensation mixing with oil causing that milky emulsion. If you drive the car regularly and get it nice and warm, it will disappear. You probably idled the car or started it without it getting up to operating temperature for long enough. That milky stuff appearing in a water cooled car is much worse...likely an internal coolant leak in the engine, usually where the heads/block interface.

This time of year with temperature swings, condensation can be expected form from the hot oil meeting any atmospheric humidity as engine cools. Not a bad idea to change both oil and gas cap gaskets. Residual moisture at most and a good run at operating temp will run it off.

For instance, it hit 67° today in Chicago, last night got down to mid/hi 30°’s. When this happens my garage floor starts sweating - but oil fill tube is clean. To help keep the garage humidity levels in check, a box fan helps with air circulation until the highs and lows stabilize.

Just drive it and get it up to temp. Drive it like Dr Porsche intended.

Time for an oil change. Then drive it and get it good & hot every time you take it out. Park in a garage if you can.

You don't need to change the oil, unless it's time to do it anyway. You MUST drive it longer to drive the water out. If you just change the oil, and drive it like you did, you will get that emulsion back.

I used to see this when my was working in gas stations in the ‘70s. I recall it was cars using Pennzoil. Condensation since there is no liquid coolant.

no reason to worry. It is only on cold surfaces where moisture/vapor from water from combustion condenses on colder surfaces, and typically in the crancase vent hose, oil tank vent hose and filler neck. Not in the actual liquid phase. Get the oil to temperature with a spirited drive at and it disappears/reduces. The oil unless milky on the dipstick, is not compromised in itself. Any air cooled engine has it in the colder season. An oil change makes no difference to what you can see in the pictures. 307000 miles ! I must use my car more
