Rennshift appreciation post

Well, I finally bit the bullet and bought a black standard height shifter.

Installed it the night before Luftwasser here in Australia, which I am attending today.

I can't believe the transformation in shifting. I had already replaced all the bushing and still wasn't to happy. I guess I was just used to modern shifters.

I am using the softest spring and the stock 20 percent reduction in shift length.

It just inspires confidence, and the positive force to engage 1st and 2nd is just amazing.

Nothing wrong with keeping the shifter stock, but wow, what a game changer for me, made me love this thing even more.

I could not agree more. I also just installed the Rennshift a few weeks ago and took the car out this past week for my first real drives of the season with it and it is an absolutely awesome piece of kit, truly engaging and a game changer!

The Rennshift is the best 915 shifter I have ever used. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone with a 915 that wants improved shifter feel and shifting.
