Easiest way to get at 3.2 Intake Manifold Gaskets???

I have a funky low idle and an intermittent miss on #1 that I've traced back to intake manifold gaskets. I've richened the mixture to mask it. Also kind of over-extended myself this summer (H.S. graduation/College entrance of son, T-ball and soccer coach for other 2 children, not to mention that I just spent three days under the car for other things).

So question is: What's the least amount of stuff I need to take apart to get new gaskets on? Looks like the air meter needs to be taken off since the whole manifold assembly won't lift high enough otherwise. Will running rich for a month or two in the summer hurt anything if I keep an eye on the temps?
