911sc Bumperette fix? Suggestions

Can someone recomend a product to use as a filler to fix my bumperette?

Or any other ideas for that matter?

Its an eye sore

Black sika urethane, not sure how you would get the texture though. Then seal around roof vents on the house when you are done. Use gloves.😉

Car is low mileage US spec, have to keep the US bumpers
