My windshield wipers turn on when I use my turn signal? 1978 targa SC

Out of the blue it started happening. Does anyone know a quick diagnosis and solution for this. I am a very novice car tinkerer with limited tools at this moment. Thanks for any guidance.

No quick diagnosis, other than it's a most likely a grounding issue. I worked on a SC that sometimes turned the wipers on with the headlights. We found the wiper motor bolts were backed almost completely out and the electrical connections were oxidized. We cleaned up the connections and the grounds at the battery, near the battery and by the firewall. The problem went away.
