difference in EZ adjust spring plates?

I am looking to get a pair of EZ adjustable spring plates for my 76 912E. Here on pelican thet have Sway-Away at 446.00 and Rennline at 670.00. Quite a difference! Anybody have any experience with either to help me make my decision? TIA

I used the Rennline spring plates without the EZ adjust feature (the ones that mimic what Porsche did). The EZ-Adjust, in my opinion, doesn't appear to be designed to hold position as well as the original Porsche design. I may be wrong about that, but intuitively having two clamping bolts (even if one is eccentric and providing the adjustment) seems more secure.

I know others have used the Sway-Away with success.

I would compare Elephant racing and Rebel racing products

One weird thing about the Sway away: the inner tube that goes around the torsion bar end is .100" larger in diameter than the stock spring plate ( or the Rebel or Elephant or Rennline), thus you must use the poly bushings that come with the Sway Away. If you plan to use other bushings, you will have to modify either the bushings or the tube. PITA.
