What is this hose?
Can anyone tell me what this hose is from and to? I have looked thu my Bentley but I can tell if it is gas, oil or other. Mine looks like it is about to break- the outside is severely abraded and appears to have some dry rot. Thanks in advance.

One of the three oil tank vent hoses. Look at Bentley page 100-4 for a schematic in lower left corner. Page 140-1 (I think) of the PET has part numbers. It’s not under much pressure so odds of it failing are low.

Does it just vent to atmos? I am also slowly getting to the minutia of my restore and the charcoal canister and a few other odds and ends on my 87 3.2 have me scratching my head.
