Safari-look suspension
If you're keeping the torsion bars, I get that you drop the spindles on the front struts, but what do you do to the rears? Just re-index the spring plate? Do you need to buy a longer shock?

Dropping the spindles will lower the car.

Bah. Terminology. Lowering the spindles on the strut will lift the car. Somehow it became common vernacular to change "raise the spindle on the strut to drop the car" to "drop spindle"... Despite it not actually dropping the spindle, but doing the opposite.

Yes. Longer shocks and reindexed torsion bars (or coilovers). You may be able to get the lift with a stock shock, but you won't have much travel left for droop.
