it was in the front smugglers box holding the a/c unit in place,brackets and a clip

Those look like the straps that support the front suspension crossmember to the floor

this one is for the A/C compr.bracket..bolts on the the engine case right next to the oil pressure sending unit

That's what that's for? I guess that makes sense now that I've had one on my engine. Somebody must have changed out the bracketry when changing from OEM to aftermarket compressor and left the stupid thing on.
