help tire and wheel experts

I recently spent a chunk of change to get my car lowered. But it didnt come out the way i wanted. Mostly the back finder well looks odd like the tire is to large or maybe i need spacers?Does anybody know what tire size works best with 16/7 and 8s?
I have posted a pic of what i was going for the (black and white photo) also i was wonder what size spacers i might use ?

The second car appears to have a bit more neg camber, and be a tiny bit lower. Hard to tell.

IMO it looks good to me.

Spacers would push the tire closer to the inside fender and risk rubbing.

205s will fit 7s without problems, may fit 225s but depends on individual cars. Negative camber will help the fitting. I have -1.25 camber in the front and can fit 951 8s with 225/50s with some mild fender rolling.

225s will definitely fit 8s. I have 245/45s on 8s for the rears with -2.4. I have room for 1" spacers that I'm waiting for in the mail.

Looks like you have a Turbo or Turbo-look; you should be able to fit at least the above.
